Structure:

The machine is consisted of frame, bottom board, gear, gear pole, hand wheel, template, thimble, hopper, powder scraping board, etc.

 Use method:
The filling machine is installed 3# (the smallest aperture) capsule template, can change the suitable template according to requirement.
Cleaning and sterilizing of the whole machine carefully.
Rotate the template to the bottom, and put the capsule in the hole of the template, can’t leave the hole.
Put the powder funnel on the left side (or right side) of the machine, the powder drop in the funnel.
Push the medicine powder funnel from this side to another side, then the powder can be filled in the capsule body, and scrape it even by powder scraping board.
Then rotate the hand wheel to suitable position clockwise. (Here the filled capsule out one half from the template). And cap capsule manual, after that rotate the hand wheel until the capsule out of template after finishing the capping.
Use the tablet scraping board to scrape the capsule to the hopper mouth and than down.
